Lucy Cronly

Professional Coach with Neuroscience, WACN registered

I am a Professional Coach with Neuroscience, my approach to coaching is to listen with heart, head and gut so that your inner wisdoms can be accessed, gaps can be bridged to enable you to realise your potential and be your best self.

I am compassionate and energetic working with you to empower you in your life to understand yourself better, embrace choice and step forward with confidence.

One of the cornerstones of coaching that I wholeheartedly embrace is that we are all creative resourceful and whole. With this to the forefront I can engage with you to reveal what you want to achieve by implementing strategic actions you choose to take to reach your goals.

My aim is to help the client achieve success with diligent support. I am always seeking ways to enhance and optimise assistance. Highly organised and hardworking with strong attention to detail, I seek to bridge the gap between people and their potential to realise their vision for themselves. Through empathy, kindness and challenging coaching conversation I can help you to embrace the way forward.

Experience and qualifications

I love learning and am endlessly curious in the learning space. I always have my nose in a book, am listening to podcasts or TEDtalks with new questions in mind.

I trained in family therapy and published an article from my dissertation about mapping of emotional systems to better understand the nuances of how systems work together.

I changed career in 2021 from working as a Social Care Manager to working as a Professional Life Coach.

As a Life Coach I have continued in the learning space with a deep dive into equality, diversity and inclusion, the amazing work of Dan Siegel in Brainstorm and the inspiring work of Simon Sinek Find your Why.

All my curiosity in training is to bring as much knowledge, choice, compassion and empathy as possible to my work.
